Here's an example of my very own personal Vision Board that I created a couple of years ago. Click on the video below to watch:
What do I really, really, really want?
Many people don't get what they want because they don't know have specific answers to what they want. And I mean, really want.
When you think about the kind of relationship you envision in your life, what excites you? Or if you think about the career of your dreams, what makes you want to get out of bed each morning?
Feeling good and expressing joy are key ingredients to getting you clear on the vision that's calling you forward.
For your coaching assignment this week, I want you to notice where you feel joy in your life.
- Pick an area of your life. It could be your relationship, your work, your health, your finances, your friendships.
- As you bring that area of your life to mind, ask yourself the question, "What comes to mind when I bring the idea of what joy looks and feels like in this area of my life?"
- When you capture the feeling of joy and freedom in your body, take note. This is your inner guidance system pointing the way to your experiencing this joy more fully in this area of your life.
In my signature workshop, "Create & Energize Your Vision Board," I lead people through the process of letting joy guide you in picking the images and words to place on your board.
If you don't feel joy with the image, then it doesn't belong on your board.
My next "Create & Energize Your Vision Board" is happening on Saturday, September 19, 2015, at the Global Truth Center in North Hollywood. If you are interested in learning more about this workshop, or know someone who might be interested, click here to check it out and register:
It's been a couple years since I made my last vision board, so I'll definitely be making a new one in this workshop.
I'd love to hear what vision of "joy" is seeking to express itself more greatly in your life. Leave a comment and let us all know.
