I have a very special announcement that I'd like to share with you. Last week, I completed all my educational requirements and received word that I had earned my degree as Doctor of Religious Studies from the Emerson Theological Institute. Yay!!!!!!!! What that means is today I can officially call myself Dr. Joselito Laudencia. Last week, after I told Richard my great news, he brought home a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a lovely card that said the simple words on the front, "Shine On." What a brilliant message: "Shine On." “Shine On” is both an invitation and a calling. “Shine On” asks: Where in your life can you allow yourself to shine as the brilliance and magnificence that you already are? And how can you share your brilliance and magnificence more joyously with the world? This is my invitation to you for this week, which is to ask yourself: Are you willing to let yourself shine as the brilliance that you are? And if the answer is yes, How can you take the steps today to allow that light to shine more brightly? With that, I invite you to raise a glass, wherever you are, and to celebrate, not only for me, but also for you. Let’s celebrate all the ways that you and I are called to be more of who we are, and to shine unabashedly as we celebrate the light that we are and all of life itself. Abundant Blessings and Namaste. |
