As 2015 draws nearer to a close, it’s important to take a step back and enjoy the view of this last year. My guess is that since this past January, there are some things that happened in your life that you didn’t imagine would have happened.
That’s because you are an evolutionary, spiritual being, and we live in an ever evolving and expanding world. You are continually growing and expanding the edges of your own being. Taking time to witness how you’ve grown is a spiritual practice of celebrating your stepping into the greater possibilities of who you are. To help you take a look back, here are 6 questions that act as a helpful guide to notice the ways that you’ve grown and transformed. I’ve also made a PDF that you can download as a worksheet if you’d like to answer these questions.
For your coaching assignment for this week, spend some time answering these questions. If you want to make it extra fun, have a friend do it with you and share what you came up with. Feel free to download the worksheet if it’ll make it easier for you.
Whether 2015 was the best year of your life, the worst, or somewhere in between, I encourage you to bring an awareness of openness and non-judgment to your answers. These experiences do not define who you were or who you are going to be.
What doesn’t change in the midst of all this is the truth of who you are. You are simply divine. As you begin to close the chapter called 2015 and open the new one called 2016, may the light and love of who you are shine more brightly with each passing moment. I’d love to hear what you are honoring and celebrating from 2015. Please feel free to share in the comments below. ![]()
